1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ROAM Intelligence, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

ROAM Intelligence is a data intelligence platform that aggregates, processes, and presents information related to religious persecution worldwide. Our services include:

• An interactive map and dashboard displaying incidents, risk assessments, and country-level intelligence
• AI-assisted analysis and reporting of persecution-related data
• Geofence-based monitoring and alert notifications
• Asset tracking and security monitoring tools
• An API for programmatic access to platform data
• Community and private messaging features
• Customizable reports and intelligence briefings

3. Accounts and Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Subscription Tiers and Payments

ROAM Intelligence offers multiple subscription tiers, including a free tier with limited access and paid tiers with expanded features. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

5. API Access

Access to the ROAM Intelligence API is subject to your subscription tier and applicable rate limits. API users agree to:

• Use API keys only for authorized purposes and keep them confidential
• Respect rate limits and usage quotas associated with your subscription tier
• Not redistribute raw API data to third parties without written authorization
• Include appropriate attribution when displaying ROAM Intelligence data publicly
• Not use the API to build a competing service or data product

6. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

ROAM Intelligence aggregates data from multiple third-party sources and applies AI-assisted analysis. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Our data and analysis are provided on an "as is" basis and may contain inaccuracies, delays, or gaps
• We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information on the platform
• Our platform is not a substitute for professional security advice, legal counsel, or travel guidance
• AI-generated analysis and risk assessments should be used as one input among many in your decision-making process
• Country risk scores, incident severity ratings, and trend analysis are algorithmic estimates, not definitive assessments

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, data compilations, and analysis produced by ROAM Intelligence are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may:

• Access and use platform data for your internal organizational purposes in accordance with your subscription tier
• Share reports and insights with your team or stakeholders with appropriate attribution

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute our platform, code, or proprietary algorithms
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data outside the authorized API
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
• Create derivative databases or data products from our data without authorization

8. User Content

You may submit content through our platform, including chat messages, reports, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use ROAM Intelligence for any purpose that violates applicable law or our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using our data to target, harass, or endanger individuals or groups
• Sharing intelligence data with parties that may use it to perpetrate persecution or violence
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract our source code or algorithms
• Interfering with the platform's infrastructure or other users' access
• Using automated systems to access the platform outside the authorized API

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ROAM Intelligence at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to other users or our business interests.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the platform ceases immediately
• Any outstanding subscription fees remain due
• You may request an export of your account data within 30 days of termination
• We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business interests

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ROAM Intelligence is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• In no event shall ROAM Intelligence, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ROAM Intelligence and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of ROAM Intelligence after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
